Roll It Home NGO Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Roll It Home NGO Giveaway is conducted by Water Rollers Africa NPC (“the Promoter”). Water Rollers Africa is a Non-Profit Company based in Umkomaas, South Africa, 4170, with NPO, PBO, and Section 18A status. NPO Number: 267-856. PBO Number: 930074364

These Terms and Conditions are available at www.rollithome.org/giveaway for the full duration of the competition.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date it is officially announced and closes on International Mother Earth Day, 22nd April at 23:59 South African Standard Time (SAST).

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

This competition is open to organisations operating in South Africa that are actively working in communities where access to water is a daily challenge, including:

To enter, an eligible organisation must complete and submit the official application form at:

www.rollithome.org/giveaway

All information provided must be complete, true, and accurate.

The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, late, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Only one entry per organisation will be accepted, unless the Promoter states otherwise in writing.

Two (2) winning NGO organisations will each receive:

The prize is intended to support the community served by the winning organisation. The prize includes only what is listed above, unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing.

7. Winner Selection

The winning organisations will be selected based on the information provided in the application, including:

8. Winner Notification

The selected organisations will be contacted using the details provided in their application.

If a selected organisation cannot be reached, does not respond within 5 business days, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to provide the required verification documents, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

9. Announcement of Winners

The winning organisations may be announced after the closing date on Roll It Home’s official communication channels, including its website and social media platforms.

Before the prize is awarded, the Promoter may request reasonable supporting documents, including but not limited to:

By entering the competition, applicants agree that the information submitted may be used by the Promoter for purposes directly related to the administration of the competition, including verification, winner selection, communication, and prize delivery.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
